Our commitment

I-Lien works to make our website usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target and work to identify and address barriers. This statement is not a claim that every feature or linked service has been independently certified.

Using this website

You can navigate links and buttons with a keyboard, use the Skip to content link, and zoom text in your browser. On small screens, the navigation button opens the menu; Escape closes it and returns focus to the button. The homepage slideshow has a pause/resume control and starts paused when your device requests reduced motion. The site uses system fonts and does not require custom font downloads.

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another accessible format, email info@i-lien.com or call (800) 808-5436, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time.

Please tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the difficulty encountered, and how we can contact you. If helpful, include your browser and assistive technology. Do not include passwords or sensitive documents in the report. We will work with you to provide assistance and address the issue.

Linked services

The account portal, mobile apps, and external services have separate interfaces. Contact us for help if you encounter a barrier in an I-Lien service. Third-party sites, including app stores and social networks, manage their own accessibility.
